Unuseful law

We are tired of laws present us with no background. Laws that are useless. Where is a law to improve the penal code for people who commits theft? Where is the law to convict offenders? Where is the law to forbide the entry of immigrants with legal problems? Where is the law of his country to return to those immigrants who do not have jobs and those who commit violent acts, theft, etc..
Where is the law to defend the country's single mothers, that their husbands do not provide them a pension? What are the rights of  immigrants? What are the rights that people in the country?
After much questioning, and observing several cases, I have obserbed for my astonishment that the people of this country has less rights than other countries.
 Are we stupid? If we look for our rights who will?? Our neighbours? I doubt it.

Germany it's not exactly like they say

Yesterday I was freaking out With The TV3 program. They show us Germany Firstly as a model to be followed, But Then They show the other side of the coin.
A population tired of being exploited, working long hours with many temporary contracts and many people living on the edge of poverty.
All this gives off. If they have improved the economic situation of the country, but many people have suffered the consequences.
There will always be exploiters and exploited in the capitalist system, unless it is monitored closely. We've worthless laws and on the other hand we've the lack that ones for essentials.

Islàndia passa comptes / Iceland did whart we should have done

Ahir tv3 va passar un documental molt interessant sobre com van resoldre els problemes de la crisi a Islàndia, crec que nosaltres hauríem de fer el mateix salvant les distàncies. Vull dir que no sempre hi ha una mateixa solució per un problema que sembla inicialment similar. Segurament hi ha moltes variables que fan que la nostra situació sigui diferent que la que va patir Islàndia, però tot i així, segurament moltes coses serien aplicables (encara que als polítics i empresaris amb gran poder econòmic no els hi interessi).

Yesterday we had the possibility to watch a very interesting documentary about Iceland. We can see the measures taken by the Icelandics.
I think we should do the same, althought the differences. Even so Spain has its own particular situation,  certain things could probably be applied (although politicians and businessmen with great economic power are not interested).

Crítica a la gestión en España

Como muy bien dice el analista económico Marc Vidal en su libro “contra la cultura del subsidio”:

Los emprendedores españoles están siendo perseguidos por la administración…A nuestros dirigentes, les da igual el rango, se les llena la boca con ayudas y mecanismos sofisticados de soporte que, en realidad, son cartón piedra.

Los emprendedores “Saben que no pueden contar con la tecnocracia de este país. Aquí nadie les va a echar ningún cable, y si se lo echan será para estrangularlos.

… Hay una voluntad ciega por crear un cuerpo social dependiente, supeditado a la dinámica administrativa y, fundamentalmente, poco crítico. Me desespera el escaso impulso de nuestra sociedad en términos de reacción ante lo injusto o lo impresentable. Parte de la fórmula estratégica elegida para lograr ese silencio humillante pasa por impedir las capacitaciones de la gente para atender sus propios destinos.

… hemos hablado muchas veces de lo difícil que es emprender en España, pero sobretodo, de lo difícil que es emprender siendo español…

… en España vivimos en una especie de tránsito lisérgico, un chute contable que basa sus resultados en la inyección indigesta de dinero inexistente por parte de las estructuras públicas. No obstante, el estado está incapacitado para seguir donando dinero después de derrocharlo en mantener estructuras inservibles en pleno cambio de modelo económico global.

… el problema de ser idiota es que un día te des cuenta de que lo eres. Algo así como cuando quieres montar un negocio en España y te das de bruces contra un funcionario y toda la penosa burocracia que le rodea.

… En España la historia sigue su adormecido curso. Lo importante es mostrar que la cosa se pone fea, pero que alguien lo solucionará. << No se molesten, ya nos encargamos nosotros >>. Pero no se engañen, no se ocupan. Hablar así permite mantener a todo el mundo callado. Es un estratagema muy efectiva para amansar a las fieras.

… ¿Cómo vamos a tirar del carro si en lugar de poder conducir por un camino fácil y rectilíneo hay que superar una carrera de obstáculos inteligentemente dispuestos para que esta sociedad sea lo menos emprendedora posible?

Asimismo, cuando finalmente la Administración se dispone a dar ayudas, éstas acaban siempre en manos de los grandes grupos financieros e industriales y nunca en manos de las pymes, autónomos y start-ups…

…Resulta que el 90% del cuerpo laboral español está en esas empresas pequeñas y en ese cuerpo de emprendedores autónomos que buscan agujeros por los que colarse…

…el nivel de la política del país es de todos sabido: indigencia intelectual generalizada. Si le das una patada a una piedra, de debajo salen diez inútiles dedicados a la política corriendo en todas direcciones. Hay muchísimas cucarachas ejerciendo de concejal…

Is the democracy a pantomine?

It seems that eventually Egypt and its neighboring countries have chosen to rebel against the totalitarian system which prevailed in his country. System that only benefited a few people. Where the rich were very rich and the poor very poor people.

Now many of these countries opt for democracy. It seems that this step will benefit those countries where the majority of the population lived in poverty. But the democratic system is the best? or is it the best we have found so far. Because we have also noticed lately that there are perversions of democracy, such as Italy. Where nowadays the population is facing and fighting against the Silvio Berluscioni power abuse.  

Therefore, the democratic system, which seemed the best system is suffering the consequences of the greed of man. One example is Spain where corruption is very present there recently. Although it appears that attempts are being made to eliminate these types of corrupt behavior. The population knows that this is only a pantomime. The only chose some victims to cover up the reality.

And if this happens in Spain, also means that it could be happening in to other countries? Is the democracy end? or it will remain, since some people is interested in it and because also the word democracy sounds good in the public eye.

At the moment it seems that the democratic system is what works best and prevailing worldwide, but you've ever wondered if one day be obsolete?

Como llevar una empresa

Cada empresa es diferente, pero aún así todas tendrían que cumplir unos requisitos para funcionar adecuadamente:

-Tiene que existir una clara estructura jerárquica entre los trabajadores.

-Tiene que haber trabajadores competentes y un jefe competente. El jefe no tiene que saber que está pasando en toda la empresa. Ya sea en parte por la información que le mandan sus responsables. Aún así, es importante que los jefes siempre tengan controlado que pasa en la empresa, sin tener que contar con la ayuda de los demás (porqué la información siempre se distorsiona al pasar por distintos sujetos) . Estoy hablando de PYMEs.

-Es muy importante que los jefes den ejemplo a los trabajadores, al igual que los padres lo dan a los niños. Si la gente ve que quien lleva la empresa pasa de todo y es un desastre, ellos también lo van a copiar (porqué van a imitar a quien en teoría tendría que dar ejemplo).

e.j. Conozco una empresa (entre otras) que el jefe, tiene tantas empresas que se le ha quedado grande. I ha decidido “pasar de todo” porqué pensaba que la empresa “funcionaba sola” y la consecuencia a sido que los trabajadores, han bajado el ritmo de trabajo. Además no tienen ningún referente que los guíe, es decir, un jefe es un guía, el tiene que marcar el camino que va a seguir su empresa y con eso sus trabajadores.

Obviamente, la producción ha disminuido, porqué los comerciales no tiene las directrices marcadas i han disminuido las ventas, producción ve que disminuyen las ventas y baja el ritmo y los de administración también (porqué como se produce menos, menos trabajo tienen). Por lo tanto al final es una rueda).

-Partiendo de mi experiencia, he observado que los trabajadores necesitan tener muy bien marcado el trabajo que tienen que hacer, además de tener unos responsables que les guíen y les marquen. Es importante siempre llevar un control de lo que hacen los trabajadores. Tampoco se tiene que hacer un control abusivo, porqué después los trabajadores se sentirían amenazados.

-Otro elemento importante es que si no es una empresa de servicios, es importante tener controlado el stock. Ya que se invierte mucho capital en él i es importante no tener demasiado dinero parado. Tenemos que prever que necesitaremos y tener un stock adecuado a las necesidades de la empresa. Ya que muchas veces, se compra demasiado y lo que pasa es que mientas tenemos invertido el dinero en el stock este no trabaja y también los productos comprados se deterioran en el almacén (por golpes, se pierden piezas…) o quedan obsoletos.

-Además es muy importante tener el material muy bien controlado. Tenemos que saber todas las salidas, entradas y devoluciones de material. Ya que si esto no se tiene controlado se puede perder mucho dinero.

I a parte de ofrecer un buen producto o servicio, una vez se ha realizado se tiene que facturar lo más rápido posible. Así evitaremos retrasos.

Si el trabajo se lleva al día, y se trabaja de verdad se necesita poco personal.

-Y otra cosa es que es importante saber el personal que tenemos. La selección de personal es muy importante realizarla adecuadamente (esto lo ampliaré en otro post).

waiting for a job /esperando un trabajo

I have always wanted to be someone, I mean, that I have always wanted to succeed in life. So this is the reason that I have spent all of my entire life studying, in order to achieve what I was looking for. 

Since some time ago I have been very worried about my future, because with the crisis it is much more difficult to find a decent job or a job that I think that I deserve. 

So finally, I have decided to end my last degree and then seek for fortune. I mean, that I'm going to start moving wherever to find a nice job.

I live in Spain and I'm from Spain; and I'm very worried, because of the situation we are living now. It is a difficult situation, but I think that is for our fault. I mean, not for the population fault. It is for the government, the banks and wealthy people from this country. We think that we life in a first world country and we actually are living in a pathetic country where only triumph people who of fraud or steals. 

The laws are obsoletes, because there were written one century ago.

From my point of view, we have to change both the President of Spain, the opponents and then we will have to begin to invest more in education (because the more we train the population the better for the country, because this will bring wealth to the country).
This government has been cultivating the non culture (this government, and the others that where before that).  That's why we are where we are, because more or less a half of the country does not have the training they would have to have. So, I still do not know how we have endured all of those years.

Finally, I just say that even knowing the situation we are living in hope to find a good job.
